Cheltenham Internationals is a group for anyone from overseas who is studying or working in Cheltenham.
We meet every week on Thursday evenings and everyone is welcome to come along.

When and where can you find us?
Cheltenham Internationals meets on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm.
We meet in St Matthews Church which is in the town centre opposite the public library.
The church is on the corner of Clarence Street and St Georges Place. See the map here.

What do we do?
Cheltenham Internationals is a place to make friends in a relaxed setting, and maybe try out some new activities or some new food, and get to know Cheltenham a bit better.
Some of the activities we have done or plan to do, include:
  • Internationals Cafe - cooking and eating together (English and International food)
  • Playing games - from card games, quizzes, jigsaws to rounders in Pittville Park
  • Pub skittles and ten pin bowling
  • Practising English
  • Opportunity to get help with homework and filling in forms
  • Celebrations e.g. Christmas party, Chinese New Year, Pancakes
  • There is also the opportunity to study the Bible if you would like to

Cheltenham Internationals aims to provide a place where people from overseas can make friends and have a good time.
We meet at the church and if you would like to know more about the church or what it means to be a Christian then there are people who can help answer your questions.
Anyone from any religion, culture or background is welcome to come along.
